User Data Deletion Policy.

The following document outlines steps a user may take to have their data removed from Asoriba’s services. This document only covers data held by Asoriba on behalf of the user or their church or organisation, and does not include data held by third-parties in relation to normal usage of the service.

SEND AN EMAIL

1. Send an email to support@asoriba.com with the exact subject line “DATA DELETION REQUEST” in block letters.

2. In the body of the email, provide identifiable information related to your user account, such as the email address or phone number used to sign up, church(es) joined etc.

3. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent to the contacts provided.

4. Once the user confirms their details, their user data will be removed from Asoriba’s servers, and all relevant churches or organisations will be notified.
